No none sense, awesome videos, guy clearly knows his stuff and can prove it, every movement scientifically explained. Awesome app, if nothing else the videos are great lol, if you put this stuff into some serious training and practice it will help, but dont read and watch and expect to be a knockout king!
This app is excellent, Trav obviously knows his stuff. It has helped me become a better striker!
The App is full of video tutorials that are very detailed. In this App you learn for example how to do Hooks, Jabs, Roundhouses and more.
This app is great for learning all kinds of fighting skills at your own pace. Give it a try!
Some bad moments
Travis not only teaches you how to successfully win a fight, he keeps the instruction entertaining and enjoyable. His mention of training with Bas Rutten and Eddie Alvarez give him quite the credentials. If you know MMA, you know these names. Wish I knew his last name however. Would like to see some of his fights. Anyway, great app, great website, great instruction. Keep it coming Trav!!

This app has taught me a lot of stuff I never knew. It starts off teaching the basics and then shows how to finish a fight in one move. This app is a great investment of time and, if u want all the videos, money, about $1.99 or $2.99.
This is an amazing app it made my mma skills much better. Im winning fights easier and more efficiently. More people need this app to help protect themselves or just to be a better fighter.
