No none sense, awesome videos, guy clearly knows his stuff and can prove it, every movement scientifically explained. Awesome app, if nothing else the videos are great lol, if you put this stuff into some serious training and practice it will help, but dont read and watch and expect to be a knockout king!

Travis not only teaches you how to successfully win a fight, he keeps the instruction entertaining and enjoyable. His mention of training with Bas Rutten and Eddie Alvarez give him quite the credentials. If you know MMA, you know these names. Wish I knew his last name however. Would like to see some of his fights. Anyway, great app, great website, great instruction. Keep it coming Trav!!

This app has taught me a lot of stuff I never knew. It starts off teaching the basics and then shows how to finish a fight in one move. This app is a great investment of time and, if u want all the videos, money, about $1.99 or $2.99.

This is an amazing app it made my mma skills much better. Im winning fights easier and more efficiently. More people need this app to help protect themselves or just to be a better fighter.

If you dont have a trainer in your area, like me, this is probably the next thing. Trav definitely knows what hes talking about, and the app is easy to navigate. 10/10.

Great App!! I had no idea what to expect. Way better than I would of ever thought.

Having trained myself for a few years, a lot of this was stuff I knew, yet I still found myself watching and picking up various tips. Dude is funny too! My only gripe is the occasional F bomb. Im no saint, but it will keep me from letting my son watch. I know its rated 12+ but this couldve been for any age with a little tweaking. Great job though, fantastic app.

The trainer gives good examples and techniques for real world scenarios. The trainer is humorous yet keeps your attention so you walk away with understandable things to practice. Great app!

Content seems to be good, except the sound doesnt work in the tutorial videos. Also, the UI is kind of ugly and is in need of an update.
